Jasmin – Enrolling into a Certificate III to increase her job opportunities
Jasmin commenced with Transition to Work (TtW) in December 2024, she had worked previously, however due to mental health challenges, she wasn’t currently working. Jasmin felt she may be more suited to study for the immediate future but was quite anxious about navigating the enrolment process.
With the support from National Joblink’s TtW Mentor Jess, Jasmin began to research potential study areas and soon identified she was interested in completing the Certificate III in School Based Education Support to become a Teacher Aide.
With Jess’s encouragement, Jasmin enrolled in the Cert III, assisted her to set up her USI, apply for a Blue Card and purchase a laptop, as well as working with her to organise her placement to complete her practical hours for her course! We are so pleased to say that Jasmin is doing amazing and really enjoying her study and looking forward to being able to put her new knowledge and skills into practice!
